OQ's return to Queen's for Taunton Careers Convention

We were delighted to host the Taunton Independent Schools' Careers Convention aimed at Year 11 a few weeks ago. Along with our own students, we were joined by pupils from King's College Taunton, Taunton School and Wellington School.

It was wonderful to welcome back several Old Queenians representing their places of work at the event, and who were very pleased to return to their former school!

Pictured are Oliver Hughes and Joe Shepherd. Oliver left Queen's in Sixth Form in 2021, having joined us in nursery! He is now a Junior Chartered Accountant with Milsted Langdon. Joe left Sixth Form in 2016 and is now a Project Management Degree Apprentice with Atkins.

Also pictured is Sophie Hart who left Queen's Sixth Form in 2015. Sophie now works at Bristol City Robins Foundation, the official charity of Bristol City Football Club as the Student Recruitment, Progressions & Volunteering Lead.
